Camping Fun!

A few weekends back a group of us went to Campland...which is one of our favorite campsites (not a good description it's more like a resort than a campground).  Though I don't have a ton of pictures...I do have some hilarious videos of my husband and brothers playing with a 10foot beach ball!  



Where, do you ask, does a 10foot beach ball come from?  And why were the boys playing with it?...Uncle Dupe decided that Ashlen NEEDED to have this ball for her 6th birthday...play close attention to the videos...see if you can spot the little 6 year old playing with it...or just three grown men ; )


As always we have a freaking blast camping.  Dar/Rach and the kids and the Fearing's all share a campsite...the Fearing's slumming it in a two room biga$$ tent, while D&R live it up in a RV (or 'bluebob' as the girls call it).  But it works out really well...the kids play together (Grant mostly torments the girls and takes Derrick's toys and pacifier away from him, but it keeps him out of my hair so I go with it! LOL!), we split meals and cost of campsite...and best of all when we put the kids down for bed the adults get to hangout around the campfire together...if we didn't share a site, this part would be pretty tough.


Our days are filled with either going to the beach or pool and just hanging out.  Usually Heather and Rachel come visit us for the day too, which just adds to the weekend.


Video compliments of Heather...the rest of us were laughing too hard!  Oh Oh, I almost forgot!  Right next to us on the beach were no less than 100 college girls...and they we all really impressed with our guys...(they were laughing as hard as us...it was awesome!).  Keep in mind by the time we started videoing, the boys had been playing with it for awhile...Daryll had tried to jump on top of the ball, only to have the ball fling out in front of him, where he then did a Pete Rose on the sand...twice!  Also keep in mind it took Eric/Luke/Bo over an hour to blow the ball up...with our air mattress pump.
